While a logo is the identity of an organization,if it appears similar to the one used by another business then it is a cause of concern.
It is without logic to say that Apple would have to sue all fruit sellers as the product they sell was in existence even before Apple was even incorporated.The issue is,whether the Apple logo has a similarity to Woolworths? If it is then there are ways to mend it out.This is a simple case of logo protection which is the right of any business.
